Professor David Yager, founder of IDL and Distinguished Professor at UMBC, and Dr. George Dover, Chair and Professor of the Department of Pediatrics at JHMI have together assembled a team to address the complexities of innovation and design as it relates to: hospital structure; health care and health service delivery; and improved patients' health outcomes.
